ONE OF the finest young talents in the North Wales Coast West Premier and a player a lot of people have high hopes for.
It’s been a mixed season for Gwalchmai in the North Wales Coast Premier. They currently sit 10th in the table having picked up 16pts.
Up and coming talent Connor Owen has been a real shining light for the club though and many people are excited by what he can do in years to come.
Not many players could thrive in tier four aged just 16 years old but he has been doing just that with a string of fine performances.

Owen began to shine for his club in pre-season, scoring a few goals and proving that he may just be one to watch when the 21/22 season got underway.
The promising attacker’s first official goal for Gwalch came in a 5-2 FAW Amateur Trophy win at tier four strugglers Gaerwen.
A few weeks later, Owen was on target again, this time in the league in a 6-2 victory at home against Pentraeth.
All in all, in what is his first season in senior football, the tricky attacker has scored 9 goals in 20 appearances for Gwalch this season and has also provided two assists.
He’s certainly one for the future!
