GUILSFIELD’S super skipper who was part of the history-making squad which finished in third place in tier two last season.
That was believed to be the Guils’ highest-ever finished in the club’s history and, despite the season being curtailed early by the Coronavirus pandemic, it will no doubt live long in the history of all involved with the club.
Centre back Litchfield was one of the standout stars in that superb squad of players.
As well as leading his side to that historic finish, the 27-year-old’s performances at the back saw him earn a spot in quite a few JD Cymru Leagues ‘Team of the Weeks’.
Litchfield, who can play anywhere across the back line, was also selected by the league’s respective managers in the official JD Cymru North Team of the Season for 2019/20, further proving the positive impact he made on the field.
A strong player and a great leader, who also contributed a few goals last season, he’s a vital part of the Guilsfield set-up.
