EIGHT GOALS
Casey Boylan (Valley)
Early front-runner who bagged a hat-trick on the opening day of the season in his side’s narrow 4-3 loss to title favourites Cemaes Bay.
A midfielder who has stepped down from playing Welsh Alliance football with Bodedern Athletic, Boylan makes it look so easy in this league and will no doubt dominate many a game for Valley this season.
He added another four goals in an 11-3 victory over Llandegfan last night, having barely got out of first gear. Certainly a player to keep an eye on.
SIX GOALS
Steven Whittaker (Cemaes Bay)
(Pictured above) “Tyco” will no doubt be one of the favourites for the Bob Brodie Trophy (top scorer award) this season.
Another one who’s stepped down from playing for Bodedern Athletic in the Welsh Alliance, he’s an experienced forward who has a phenomenal goal-scoring record across different levels of the Welsh football pyramid.
Sam Williams (Mountain Rangers)
Nicknamed “Ziggy”, he’s been The Rangers’ main man so far, hitting four goals in his side’s opening day 8-0 win over Holyhead Town Reserves.
He looks as though he has a real eye for goal and will very much be a “dark horse” in the race for the golden boot.
FOUR GOALS
Scott Hughes (Arriva Bangor)
(Pictured above) – has been one of the topscorers in the league for the last two seasons, but could this finally be the year he takes top spot as the most prolific?
A hat-trick v Llandegfan on match day one proved he’s ready for the campaign ahead and another against Llanfairpwll last night made it four in two. He’s one of the best finishers in the league and is lethal in one on one situations.
Aaron Jones (Bodorgan)
The last two seasons have been all about the two Luke’s – Allaway and Winter – at Bod, but could they now have a new hero on their books?
Jones has started the season in blistering form and has really slotted in well to this team, playing up top. Can he help Bod claim a few scalps this season? They certainly look as though they can surprise a few teams.
THREE GOALS
Luke Allaway (Bodorgan) – has hit just shy of 50 goals for the last two seasons for Bodorgan. Great in the air and with his feet too.
Ian Pleming (Mountain Rangers) – Vastly experienced striker who was top scorer at Gwynedd League side Bontnewydd last season. Will no doubt be a welcome addition to that Rangers side.
Lewis Owen (Pentraeth Reserves) – Played for Pentraeth’s first team last season and has looked sharp since stepping down to Reserves. He’ll provide goals that’s for sure.
Jerome Sillence (Valley) – (Pictured above) Won the league with Bryngwran Bulls last season but returns to former club Valley for 2019/20. On his day he can be superb and is always a threat from out wide.
TWO GOALS
Andy Clarke (Arriva Bangor) – Another experienced forward who has dropped down a level this season. Having turned out for the likes of Glantraeth and Menai Tigers over the last two seasons, he’ll bring goal scoring prowess to Kevin Jones’ side.

Luke Winter (Bodorgan)
Mark Thomas (Cefni) – Was at Arriva Bangor last season and scored finished just short of double figures. Will lead the line for Cefni this year and will be a strong option up top.
Keenan Downey (Cemaes Bay)
Chris Byast (Cemaes Bay)
Andy Williams (Cemaes Bay) – Signed from long-term club Bro Goronwy in the summer, Williams is a lethal forward who should partner well up top with Steven Whittaker.
Coby Doutch (Hotspur Reserves)
Deian Parry (Hotspur Reserves) – Was one of Hotspur Reserves’ star men last season with 13 goals. The 18-year-old winger is now featuring for the first team too, so will show his class in the AL once more this season.
Craig Moore (Hotspur Reserves) – (Pictured above) Runner-up in the top scorer race last season with 61 goals for AL champions Bryngwran Bulls. When fully fit and available, he’ll smash them in for Hotspur’s second string.

Dyfed Alston (Pentraeth Reserves)
Kenny Williams (Pentraeth Reserves) – finished the season with 21 goals in 2018/19 which is a very respectable tally. He bagged a cup final goal for The Reserves during that time and he’ll be hoping to guide them to another this season.

Andrew Bailey (Valley) – Was captain of Bryngwran Bulls in 2017/18 winning a cup double and bagging 20 goals before heading to Valley last summer and once again hitting double figures. Experienced CM who will provide goals and leadership in Dan Jones’ team once again.
