LLANERCHYMEDD are back at the top of the North Wales Coast West Division One table after a 3-0 win over Bethesda Rovers.
Medd now sit top of the pile having picked up 37 points from their opening 14 games of the 21/22 season.
Their win today saw them leapfrog title rivals Cemaes Bay into pole position once more.
But they didn’t have it all their own way at Tan Parc this afternoon. A frustrating first half saw both teams go into the break with the scoreline at 0-0.
However, Medd came out fighting in the second 45 and showed the class which has led to them marching their way into first place in the table once more.
Steffan Bulkeley opened the scoring with his second goal in as many matches on 47mins before a Nathan Winter own goal doubled their advantage 10 minutes later.
Llan top scorer Gwion Thomas then netted his 11th goal of the season moments after coming on from the beach to wrap up the 3 points.

Chester Lloyd was then sent off late on for the visitors who, despite the defeat, keep showing signs of improving as a team. There is no real shame in losing 3-0 to a team as great as Llan can be on their day.
Fellow title-chasers Talysarn Celts were left disappointed as they were held to a 2-2 draw at in-form Bodorgan, who are now unbeaten in 4 matches.
Bod hosted the Celts at Cae Cynlas having won their previous 3 matches v Y Fali (5-0), Mountain Rangers (2-1) and Bontnewydd (3-1), meaning that the club is now on one of the greatest runs it has been on in recent memory.
Connor Rees (below) fired the home team in front just 10mins into the tie with Keenan Latham the provider. Former Mountain Rangers defender David Aaron Jones brought the Celts level on the half hour mark and the game went into half time at 1-1.
Celts captain Jac Jones then turned the tie on its head from the penalty spot on 65mins but an Osian Jones goal eight minutes from time ensured that the points were shared.
That was another superb result for Bod but it will most certainly feel like 2 points dropped for Celts as they missed out on an opportunity to go second in the league.
Llanfairpwll made it 3 wins in a row and moved up to 4th in the table as they picked up yet another impressive victory by beating Caergybi 2-1 away.
Jay Finter was once again the hero for his side as he netted a double, taking his tally for the season up to 19 goals in just 16 appearances.
The former Llangoed attacker’s first half brace was enough to earn Pwll the win, with Gary Jo Owen’s goal in the second 45 nothing but a consolation for Cybi.
Bethesda Athletic also impressed as they beat Llanystumdwy 5-3 in a thriller away at Dwyfor Park.
Tier 5 top scorer Sion Parry fired Stumdwy ahead just seconds into the tie. But Dan Hughes, 17-year-old son of Athletic manager Mark who marked his return from long-term injury with a goal in a cup win last week, scored two goals in 10mins to turn the game around.
Joe Todd then netted to make it 3-1 on 25mins before Darren Parry pulled one back for the home side just before half time and Todd scored again to end a crazy first half at 4-2.
Stumdwy found themselves another goal on the hour mark with Sion Parry netting his 31st goal of the season in just 19 outings.
The final and decisive goal of this 8-goal thriller came when yet another fantastic young player in that Athletic squad, Tom Hughes , scored his 12th goal of the season on 70mins.
In what was an absolutely thrilling day of football in tier five, Cefni picked up a great 5-1 victory over Holyhead Town at Isgraig.
The Harbourmen took the lead on 5 minutes when Aidan Batsford’s well-hit free-kick found its way into the Cefni net.
The home side responded well on what was a Baltic afternoon in Llangefni however and they were level on 23mins when recent signing, midfielder Nik Kontodios, scored.
In the second half, Cefni were dominant and clinical too as the final scoreline would go on to show.
Nathan Lewis (52’) put the home side in front before Luke Allaway scored his first goal in a month for the club to make it 3-1 on the hour mark.
The 26-year-old attacker then turned provider as he unselfishly squared the ball for Lewis to convert his second goal on 62mins. It was then Allaway’s turn to return to the scoresheet once more on 78mins with a calm finish from close range.
That win from five-star Cefni takes the club up to 9th in the table after what has been a fairly difficult season for them so far having undergone a lot of changes in personnel on and off the field.
Last but not least this afternoon, Mountain Rangers and Y Fali played out an entertaining 4-4 draw at Cae’r Gors in what was a great advert for this division.
Jack Roberts out Y Fali ahead on 5mins before a quick Rangers double provided by Dylan Bee (10’) and Dewi Cooke (17’) made it 2-1 in a frantic opening 20 minutes.
Morgan Jones then equalised for Y Fali from the penalty spot on 35mins before scoring again to put them back in front before half time.
Roberts then scored again to give the visitors a two-goal cushion on 70mins but Rangers fought back well to secure a point through Ben Davies (73’) and top scorer Aled Rice (85’) who scored his 8th goal of the season.
Every team in Wales which played today began their matches with a minutes silence in tribute to former Wales manager and player Gary Speed. Today (November 27) marks 10 years since his tragic death took place.
