Ffion Owen is a fantastic central midfielder who was pivotal to Amlwch’s success as North Wales Women’s Football League Division Two champions last season.
Owen, who joined the club from Caernarfon Town Ladies in the summer of 2019, was the division’s leading goalscorer with 19 goals to her name and is a player who can change the course of a game completely on her own.
Another one who played for the Ynys Môn Women’s side who earned silver medals at the Island Games Tournament in 2019, Owen is a great creative player in the team who offers plenty of energy and drive also.
A brilliant signing by Amlwch which has benefited their team to no end, she was also voted Players Player and Committee Player of the Season come the end of a fantastic 2019/20 campaign for both club and player.
