ANOTHER player in this series who deservedly made it into the JD Cymru North Team of the Season for 2019/20.
The Defender-turned-Midfielder Maher was a real playmaker for a Prestatyn Town side who finished top of the tier two table by a massive 16 points.
Having rejoined Prestatyn in 2018 after a brief spell with Caernarfon Town, 25-year-old Maher proved to be one of the best players in the Cymru North league last season, playing 24 times.
A set piece specialist, the former Tranmere Rovers academy player went onto join other Prestatyn town players; Alex Jones, Kai Edwards and Rob Hughes at Flint Town United for the 2020/21 season. The Silkmen were promoted to the top-flight as Cymru North runners-up, after Prestatyn were denied promotion due to ground criteria not being met.
He has so far made nine appearances for the club in the JD Cymru Premier and has been a key player once more.
