A PLAYER who must surely be considered something of a legend at Berffro by now, having spent more than a decade with the club.
As goalscoring seasons go, the 2019/20 one was a quieter than usual one for Roberts but nevertheless he was a key player in an Aberffraw side which finished 10th in Welsh Alliance Two.
The 31-year-old’s finest season to date came back in 2016/17 when he netted 37 goals for Aberffraw as they finished as runners-up in the Gwynedd League.
All in all, with the seven he scored last season, Roberts has netted a total of 138 goals for the club.
He was one of the top scorers at Berffro once more last season and has unsurprisingly re-signed with them as they prepare for life in tier four when football resumes.
