TOWERING defender who, alongside being solid at the back, always has goals in his locker too.
In 2018/19, Cavanagh was a key player for Glantraeth, being a part of the side that won the Gwynedd Safeflue Shield in 2018/19 – a season where he was also chosen as the club’s Supporters Player of the Year.
Last season, he transferred over to Gaerwen, who went on to finish fourth in the Welsh Alliance Two.
Cavanagh was an important factor within their season and of course a huge part of the defence. The centre back also popped up with four goals along the way.
He has just recently returned to Glantraeth who will be playing in the North Wales Coast West Premier (tier four) when football returns in future. He has scored a few for them in recent friendlies.
