MENAI TIGERS have announced the return of striker Dean Redmond to the club tonight.
After a season away playing for Bodedern Athletic, ‘Curls’ will now spend 2020/21 playing against the Green and White army as the two sides will meet in the new-look North Wales Coast West Premier Division.
Having finished the season as Boded’s top scorer in all competitions, Redmond will be looking to continue that fine form as he returns to The Tigers – who he left at the end of 2018/19, having scored 39 goals in the Gwynedd League as the club won a league and cup double.

The forward will no doubt be looking forward to linking-up with former friendly faces at Treborth fields, which is the club’s new home ground for 2020/21.
Speaking about securing the signing, Menai Tigers manager Aaron Rowlands said: ““With us now being confirmed for Tier 4, I’d identified 3 or 4 targets to add to our already competitive squad from last season and Curls was top of the list. I was obviously gutted to lose him last season, but fully understood his decision to leave to play higher league football.
“Over the last few weeks I’d spoken to Curls and once I knew his desire to return I didn’t hesitate to make it happen. He was highly sought after so this a big coup for MBT. He was a huge part of our dressing room two season ago and his desire to fight for every ball and score goals is infectious. We can’t wait to see him turn out for us back in the yellow and back.”
