Chelsea have also beaten Tottenham Hotspur to become the first English team to lift silverware this season.
Tottenham squandered a great chance from Harry Kane early on in the first half before John Terry got on the end of a ball into the box to put Chelsea ahead.
Christian Eriksen also hit the woodwork for Spurs, but the game was decided when Diego Costa’s effort was deflected off Kyle Walker and into the back of the net.

Afe football news would like to stay congratulations to Jose Mourinho and his Chelsea side, who will surely be looking to add the premier league title to their collection at the end of the season, as they now lead Manchester City by 5 points, with a game in hand.
